Terms of Use of the Pruvee platform

These Terms govern the use of Pruvee: what the platform offers, what is expected of those who use it, how public profiles, content, opportunities and moderation work, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · version 2026-10-11

1.Who operates Pruvee

Pruvee is a project and a platform operated by Andrea Bertolino.

For any communication concerning the platform or these Terms you can write to info@pruvee.com.

In these Terms, “Pruvee”, “we” and “our” refer to Andrea Bertolino as operator of the platform.

2.What Pruvee is

Pruvee is a professional platform that lets users show their skills and work through content that concretely demonstrates what they can do.

Depending on your account type and the features available, you can:

  • create a professional profile;
  • publish pruvee, that is videos, images, documents or texts about your work;
  • follow other users;
  • join teams;
  • send and receive messages;
  • publish or search for professional opportunities;
  • apply to job or collaboration offers;
  • create or take part in challenges;
  • publish supply requests and receive proposals;
  • schedule appointments;
  • join video calls.

Pruvee is a technological and social tool that brings together people, professionals, companies and organisations.

Pruvee:

  • is not an employer;
  • is not an employment agency;
  • is not a staffing agency;
  • is not necessarily a recruitment and selection firm;
  • does not hire candidates on behalf of companies;
  • does not guarantee hiring, collaboration or the conclusion of any contract;
  • is not a party to the relationships that may arise between users.

Contracts, engagements, hirings, collaborations, supplies and any payments agreed between users are relationships separate from Pruvee and remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

3.Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using Pruvee's features you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you may not create an account or use Pruvee.

If you use Pruvee on behalf of a company, body or other organisation, you declare that you have the power to represent that entity and to accept the Terms on its behalf as well.

4.Who can sign up

You may use Pruvee only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have the capacity to enter into a contract;
  • you provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information;
  • you have not previously been barred from the platform for breaches of these Terms or of the law.

If you create a company or organisation account, you may be required to provide additional identifying information, including the VAT number where the platform requires it.

You may not create an account using the identity of another person, company or organisation without authorisation.

5.Account types and linked accounts

Pruvee may offer different account types, including individual, professional, company and organisation accounts, or accounts linked to a team.

A linked account may act on behalf of the holder of the main account, within the limits of the permissions granted.

An invitation to join a team does not automatically create a linked account. A linked account comes into being only when the user expressly accepts the invitation and completes any required steps.

The holder of the main account is responsible for properly managing the permissions granted to linked accounts.

6.Account, credentials and security

The account is personal and may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information you enter;
  • keeping your credentials safe;
  • the activity carried out through your account;
  • promptly reporting unauthorised access.

If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password and contact us at info@pruvee.com.

Pruvee may make two-step verification or other security measures available. Enabling them may be optional, unless Pruvee makes them mandatory for certain features or accounts.

7.Public profiles and visibility

The profile is public by default, unless you choose otherwise in the privacy settings.

A public profile can also be viewed by people who are not registered and may include, depending on the settings applied:

  • name or company name;
  • profile picture;
  • biografia;
  • competenze;
  • professional information;
  • pruvee;
  • other content published as public.

You can make your profile non-public and change the visibility of your content from the available settings.

Changing the visibility of content or deleting it cannot remove copies that other users have already viewed, received, downloaded, saved or shared.

Search engines may acquire or index public content. Pruvee does not guarantee indexing, nor can it fully control how quickly copies held in third-party systems are updated or removed.

8.Your content

You remain the owner of the rights in the content you publish, to the extent those rights belong to you.

Pruvee does not acquire ownership of your videos, images, documents, texts, proof, messages or other content.

To provide and improve the platform's features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, limited to the duration necessary for the service, to:

  • host the content;
  • store it and make technical copies;
  • riprodurli;
  • adapt it technically;
  • resize or convert files;
  • extract frames or transcribe the audio of pruvee where required by automated features;
  • display it according to the visibility settings you have chosen;
  • process it to provide search, matching, the feed and suggestions.

The licence does not authorise us to sell your content, to publish it outside the settings you have chosen, or to use it to train third-party AI models.

The licence ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for:

  • temporary technical copies;
  • backups subject to normal overwrite cycles;
  • content already lawfully received by other users;
  • content or data we must keep by law or in order to protect a legal right.

9.Responsibility for content

By publishing content you declare and warrant that:

  • you hold the necessary rights or have obtained the required authorisations;
  • publication does not infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets or other rights;
  • it does not breach confidentiality obligations towards clients, employers or principals;
  • you have obtained the necessary permissions from the people identifiable in the content;
  • it contains no personal data of third parties that you have no right to publish;
  • it does not present work produced by others as your own;
  • the professional information you state is substantially truthful.

Do not publish data about patients, clients, colleagues or other people unless you have a legal basis and the necessary authorisations.

If you publish material relating to a client or an employer, you must first check that you have the right to show it.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for the consequences of publishing it.

10.Rules of conduct

You may not use Pruvee to:

  • publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk other users;
  • impersonate people, companies or organisations;
  • present someone else's work as your own;
  • publish false or misleading information with intent to deceive;
  • send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
  • collect user data through scraping, crawlers, bots or automated tools;
  • systematically copy or reproduce the platform's content;
  • circumvent technical limits, access controls or moderation systems;
  • upload malware, harmful code or files designed to compromise the service;
  • use Pruvee to unlawfully discriminate against candidates or collaborators;
  • publish opportunities that are illegal or incompatible with applicable law;
  • use the service for purposes other than the professional and social ones it was designed for.

You can report problematic content or behaviour through the tools available on the platform or by writing to info@pruvee.com.

11.Opportunities, applications, challenges and supplies

Job offers, collaborations, challenges, supply requests and proposals are published by users under their own responsibility.

Pruvee does not verify in advance:

  • the identity of users;
  • the accuracy of the information;
  • the authenticity of pruvee;
  • the legitimacy of the opportunities;
  • the solvency of companies or professionals;
  • the quality or value of the proposals;
  • the availability of work or collaboration;
  • the conclusion or success of a relationship.

When you send an application, take part in a challenge or submit a proposal, the receiving company or user may obtain the data and content made available by the platform.

The company or organisation receiving an application or a proposal uses the data for its own purposes and acts as independent data controller. It is responsible for its own decisions and for the applicable privacy, employment and contractual obligations.

Whoever publishes an opportunity must:

  • provide accurate information;
  • comply with employment and equal-treatment legislation;
  • not publish discriminatory requirements;
  • not request irrelevant data;
  • not to use the platform to evade tax, social security or employment obligations.

Fees, timescales, obligations, invoicing, taxes, contributions and professional liability must be agreed directly between the parties.

12.Feed, suggestions and ranking

Pruvee may organise and suggest profiles, proof, content and opportunities on the basis of information such as:

  • declared skills;
  • skills extracted from content;
  • the user's interests and activity;
  • interactions with the platform;
  • the relevance of the content;
  • language and professional area;
  • how recent the content is;
  • compatibility with an opportunity.

Suggestions do not constitute an endorsement, a certification, a quality guarantee or an overall judgement of the user.

When a user applies to an opportunity, the compatibility score may contribute to the order in which applications are shown to the company.

The score may take into account, among other things, the match between required and demonstrated skills, the depth of the proof, indicators of the apparent quality of the content and how recent it is.

A lower score may therefore mean a lower position in the list of applications.

The score does not automatically determine whether an application is accepted, rejected or excluded. Decisions on advancing or excluding an application are taken by a person at the company or organisation managing the opportunity.

13.Automated analysis and AI

Pruvee may automatically analyse published content in order to:

  • extract skills;
  • identify themes and information apparently demonstrated;
  • generate summaries;
  • analyse images, videos and texts;
  • extract frames;
  • transcribe the audio of video pruvee;
  • generate vector representations of the content;
  • compute indicators relating to the content;
  • provide the feed, search, matching and suggestions.

Automated outputs are estimates and may be incomplete, inaccurate or affected by the quality of the material published.

They do not constitute:

  • certificazioni;
  • attestati;
  • official verification of skills;
  • a guarantee of authenticity;
  • a definitive assessment of the person;
  • a hiring decision;
  • a guarantee of selection or collaboration.

The AI models used by Pruvee are self-hosted and run on infrastructure under the operator's control. User content is not used to train or fine-tune the AI models of external providers.

If you believe an analysis, an indicator or a score is wrong or unfair, you can challenge it by writing to info@pruvee.com. We will assess the request and, where necessary, carry out a human review.

How data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

14.Appointments and video calls

Pruvee may offer tools for scheduling appointments and joining video calls.

Video calls:

  • are not recorded by Pruvee;
  • are not transcribed by Pruvee;
  • are not analysed by Pruvee's AI;
  • are not kept as audio or video files.

Pruvee may process the metadata needed to organise the session, such as participants, appointment and call status.

Call quality also depends on the connection, the devices and the software used by participants.

If a call allows guests without an account to join, whoever shares the link is responsible for sending it only to authorised people.

15.Moderation, reports and enforcement

We may moderate content and activity in order to:

  • comply with the law;
  • protect users and third parties;
  • prevent fraud, spam and abuse;
  • protect the security of the platform;
  • enforce these Terms.

We may:

  • remove content or limit its visibility;
  • temporarily prevent certain interactions;
  • restrict access to features;
  • temporarily suspend an account;
  • permanently close an account;
  • prevent the creation of new accounts linked to a closed one.

Decisions may be taken on the basis of reports, technical checks, automated systems, human review or a combination of these.

When we restrict content or accounts for an alleged breach of the law or of these Terms, we will communicate the nature of the measure and the main reasons for it, where possible and subject to exceptions provided by law or required for security and investigations.

You can challenge a measure by writing to info@pruvee.com. Challenging a measure is free of charge and should state, where possible, the account concerned, the content or measure being challenged and the reasons for the request.

We will assess the challenge in a reasonable and proportionate way, taking the circumstances of the case into account.

16.Service availability

Pruvee is provided as is and subject to the technical availability of the moment.

We work to keep the platform available and working, but we do not guarantee that it:

  • is always accessible;
  • is free of errors;
  • is free of interruptions;
  • is compatible with every device or browser;
  • is fit for a specific purpose;
  • will always keep every piece of content without loss or damage.

We may temporarily suspend the service for:

  • manutenzione;
  • aggiornamenti;
  • security work;
  • technical problems;
  • events outside our control;
  • legal obligations.

17.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pruvee is not liable for:

  • content published by users;
  • false or incomplete information provided by users;
  • unverified identities or skills;
  • unlawful or harmful conduct by users;
  • messages or communications between users;
  • professional relationships that are not concluded or that end badly;
  • hirings, collaborations or supplies that do not go ahead;
  • decisions taken on the basis of suggestions, rankings or automated indicators;
  • temporary unavailability of the platform;
  • problems with networks, devices or third-party services;
  • data loss attributable to the user;
  • unauthorised access resulting from a failure to keep credentials safe;
  • content other users have lawfully copied or saved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any other case where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law remain unaffected.

18.Account deletion

You can stop using Pruvee at any time.

You can request deletion of your account:

  • from the platform settings, if the feature is available;
  • by writing to info@pruvee.com.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no deactivation phase and no later recovery. It removes the profile, uploaded files and linked content, except for:

  • data we are required to keep by law;
  • data needed to prevent abuse;
  • data needed to protect a legal right;
  • temporary technical copies and backups;
  • messages or content already lawfully received by other users.

Any accounts linked to yours are not deleted: they become independent again and keep their own content, because they belong to different people.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove data already copied, saved, shared or received by other users.

19.Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect:

  • changes to the platform;
  • features added or removed;
  • regulatory changes;
  • security requirements;
  • changes to the operating model.

The new version will be published with a new date and a new version number.

In the event of significant changes we will inform you by email, through a notice on the platform or by another appropriate means before they take effect, where the law requires it.

If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the platform and request deletion of your account.

Continuing to use Pruvee after the new version takes effect will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20.Free service and future features

As at the date of the last update, Pruvee is available at no charge for the features indicated on the platform.

Pruvee may in future introduce paid features, business plans, premium services, promotions or other forms of monetisation.

Before any paid service is activated, separate information will be provided about:

  • prezzo;
  • durata;
  • payment methods;
  • rinnovo;
  • cancellazione;
  • withdrawal rights, where applicable;
  • any specific conditions.

21.Pruvee's intellectual property

The Pruvee name, the logo, the interface, the software, the code, the structure, the design, the texts and the original elements of the platform belong to Andrea Bertolino or to their respective owners.

Using Pruvee does not transfer to you any ownership right in the software or in the elements of the platform.

Except as permitted by law, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce the platform;
  • distribute or resell the service;
  • modify it or create derivative works;
  • decompile it or attempt to extract the code;
  • circumvent technical limitations;
  • systematically use the platform's content or data;
  • use the Pruvee name or logo without authorisation.

22.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

Before starting proceedings, we invite you to contact us at info@pruvee.com to look for a solution.

For users acting for professional or business purposes, any dispute will be submitted to the court identified under applicable law and, where validly agreed, to the court of the place where Andrea Bertolino has his professional domicile.

For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains unaffected where provided by law.

23.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.

The invalid provision will, where possible, be construed so as to achieve the closest economic and legal purpose permitted by law.

24.Contact
